Vertical glass washing machine technical details instroduction.

Glass washing size can be custom-made, so you can choose 1800mm, or 2000mm, or 2500mm glass washing machine.
The glass washing machine includes three section: glass input section, glass washing and drying station, and glass output section.

1.2 Design Features and Functions::
Vertical glass washing input conveyor takes the structure of vertical inclination. The conveyor rollers are made of polyurethane, resistant to wear, acid and alkali. The drive speed is adjusted by inverter steplessly, and glass runs stably at proper speed. With the foot switch, the drive can be activated and terminated at any time accordingly. The coating detection and alarm system checks the placement of the coated side of glass, if wrong, the buzzer is activated and meantime the drive stops.

2.2  Design Features and Functions:
Glass washing and drying machine takes the structure of vertical inclination.
The control box is located on the front door of the drying zone, which simplifies the operation.
The washing zone and water tank are made of stainless steel and corrosion-proof material.
The conveyor rollers are made of rubber, resistant to acid and alkali.
According to the thickness of glass, the rollers’ distance is adjusted automatically.
Drive speed adjusted by inverter steplessly, the glass runs stably at proper speed.
Three pairs of brushes, with high-pressure water sprayer, are used in this machine to wash glass.
In the drying zone, there is a pair of alloyed and corrosion-proof air knife, installed angularly, generate strong air flow to dry both sides of glass.
The water system contains three independent water circulating system: the first washing water system, the second washing water system and rinse water system.
The glass is first washed by the first two washing water system, and then is rinsed by the rinse water system. The water is pumped out of the tank, through the water filtration device, then sprayed on glass. After washing with brushes, the water flows back to tank for circular use.
The first washing system is installed with a heating device with a thermostat, which can maintain the temperature automatically.
The rinse water tank has a replenish device and the first washing tank has a slobber.
The water flows into the rinse tank from the replenish device, and into the first washing water tank and the second washing water tank in order.
To ensure the washing quality, the water conductance should not exceed 40µs/cm. 
If the water quality is too poor, you need water-treatment device. After treated, the water is pumped into rinse tank for circular use.
The customers prepare the water treatment device themselves.The air course system including a blower of 15kW, air adjustment system and a pair of inclined adjustable air knives.
The washed glass is dried by the air when running through.
